THE HAIR PLANT SALON POLICIES/FEES
Please Read Carefully!
If you are sick please be considerate and reschedule your appointment. Late/Tardiness 10min grace period, at 15min $20 fee additional to services to continue with requested services. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 prior to services. Failure to do so will require future deposits when booking an appointment. No small children unless they are receiving services. Consultation is required for color services, haircutting, and chemical services or must discussed prior to services. Please come with all required products discussed, failure to do so will result in a cancellation. *Braids -hair must be at least 3 inches. *Knotless Braids are done during the week only, no weekends no exceptions. You must be able to begin early morning, no exceptions. Thank you!

If you need to cancel, please be sure to do so 24 hours or more prior to appointment. You may call or text 904-800-7954 during business hours only. Responses will be during business hours only. Failure to communicate will result in cancellation and future deposits will be required when booking any appointment at The Hair Plant Salon. We are willing to work things out, to the best of our ability. We are asking to please communicate and be respectful as we will reciprocate the same. Thank you so much for your business and support!

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Hair Plant Salon and make sure you arrive on time or simply communicate your issue with your Stylist. If you are going to be late please communicate, if you are missing products please communicate, and if you can't make the appointment please communicate. Failure to communicate will result in your in a cancellation and future deposits will be required when booking any appointment at The Hair Plant Salon. If you are more than 15 minutes you are subject to pay a $20 late fee additional to services. Failure to pay $20 additional will cancel your appointment immediately. FREETRESS BRAID HAIR
5 packs are recommended. We more than likely will not use all 5. 12inch Freetress is great for standard Crochet Braids and Seamless Nape, 12inch normally falls about shoulder length and sometimes collar bone length depending on curl. Go 18inch+ if you want long hair that flows roughly mid back or lower depending on curl. Keep in mind the longer the hair the more difficult it can be to maintain. Also keep in mind Crochet Braids is a Full/ Big hairstyle and some tight curl styles can be bigger than expected. Tight curls like bohemian braid, water wave, jazz water. Pre-stretched Freetress Hair is MORE PREFERRED but hair does not have to be pre-stretched. Hair can be found at Beauty Depot on Dunn Ave

2 packs are recommended or one of each color you desire. Keep in mind the longer the hair the more difficult it can be to maintain.
